This course is designed to teach the fundamentals of the golf swing, putting, chipping, and sand play. We will also cover golf etiquette and rules. This course will utilize class discussions, class assignments, and student participation to enable students to: (1) Understand basic components of skill-related and health-related physical fitness, (2) Develop physical fitness and motor skills, and (3) Gain knowledge to make intelligent choices that contribute to a healthy, active lifestyle.
