Students will learn how to design safe, effective, exercise programs based on their individual needs and interest. Through class discussions, assignments and participation, students will learn all the health-related and skill-related components of fitness such as cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, balance, agility, speed, power, and coordination.
