The Fall PhD Minor Workshop explores theories and methods of anti-racist pedagogy through guest lectures by professors at Stanford University, Brown University, the University of Chicago, and Yale University. We will attend to practical aspects of teaching, such as navigating difficult moments in the classroom, balancing teaching with research, and designing a syllabus. This course is required for PhD Minors in Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity (CSRE) but is open to all. Sessions begin at noon and will be held in person and over Zoom.
