The Future of AI in Work; A Lab for Startups explores how predictive and generative AI are transforming jobs, teams, and organizations, creating both risks and opportunities. The course combines research insights with real-world practice through case discussions, guest speakers, and hands-on projects. Students work individually and in small teams to design, test, and pitch startup ideas, and are connected with mentors who provide feedback and guidance throughout the process. The course culminates in a final startup hypothesis and pitch competition, and is designed for students who want to reimagine the world of work, whether as intrapreneurs shaping organizations from within or as entrepreneurs building the next generation of ventures.
