The purpose of the course is to review how AI is transforming the world of work in hiring, interviewing, assessing, reviewing performance, and making better decisions. This course is meant for students wanting to develop startup ideas in this space, students seeking HR careers in firms seeking to implement AI in work, and students aspiring to become chiefs of staff. All students need to develop a startup idea that harnesses AI in people operations. We will also assign coaches to help students develop their careers. It will be offered as a 'lab' - in that in each session will focus on the transition from a transformative trend to an entrepreneurial opportunity.
