This course prepares students for the day-to-day responsibilities of product management in modern tech companies. Students will work through real-world cases of product challenges faced by PMs, such as using data and user research, prioritizing tasks, collaborating across functions, and evaluating product requirements. The course will cover established frameworks for product development, discuss how these frameworks differ across various tech companies, and explore how they are evolving with the advent of AI.
