For genetic counseling students and medical genetics residents and fellows. This course will utilize a case-based approach coupled with problem-based learning (PBL) to familiarize students with common categories of genetic conditions and illustrate clinical features specific to each general group of conditions. Content experts will assist the course instructors in facilitating discussions and answering questions. The course will be offered over two quarters (GENE 274A in Winter, GENE 274B in Spring).
