Antibody-Based Targeted Therapeutics: How to Treat Cancer with Precision?

This mini course will bring you up-to-speed on antibody-based targeted cancer therapies. Monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, and antibody-based targeted protein degraders are some of the most selective pharmaceuticals developed to date. However, despite their many clinical successes, challenges remain. If you would like to learn more about how these molecules work, how to make them, and what needs to be considered in their design, this is the course for you. The course consists of three BIOS 80-minute lectures running for a single week, culminating in a short written pitch on a targeted therapeutic of your own design.
