PWR 1 courses focus on developing writing and revision strategies for rhetorical analysis and research-based arguments that draw on multiple sources. This course explores the ways that technology has been imagined on the page and on the screen. We look at how a diverse group of sources contribute to an ever-changing definition of 'technology.' And we consider how our hopes and anxieties about technology are represented in creative genres and media. For full course description and video, see https://pwrcourses.stanford.edu/pwr1/pwr1mo.
