What will the world look like in ENGLISH 10, ENGLISH 50, ENGLISH 100, 1000 years? Will we even exist? These are some of the fundamental questions science fiction attempts to answer. In this class we will look at how writers from the early 1900s to the present day have tried to answer these questions. We will then craft our own science fiction short stories that attempt to imagine our collective future.
