Are you interested in attending a professional school (e.g., medical, dental, or veterinary) and want to have a head start over your classmates? The Comparative Medical Terminology course is designed to introduce students to a new language of human and veterinary medical terminology. Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to comprehend a medical record report and to communicate using medical terminology. This course is designed for STEM students who are considering pursuing advanced training in a health care profession and/or translational science or biomedical research. No previous experience using medical terminology is necessary.
