This is the first part of the Architecture Integrated Design Capstone. In this course, students begin the schematic design, site planning, and design research for CEE 133F: Integrated Design Capstone. Students will study the site, climate, and built context through analytical diagrams. Students will also engage in precedent studies to help understand how historic examples of similar building types could influence their design. Using these studies and the analytical diagrams, students will create preliminary site plans and conceptual drawings and models that will become the foundation of the architectural work developed collaboratively in CEE 133F.
