The construction of AI Infrastructure is the largest challenge current facing the AI revolution. The construction and deployment of AI infrastructure requires highly complex, specialized supply chains, design expertise, and execution capabilities. This course introduces the technologies and systems that enable AI to operate at scale. Students will explore the infrastructure that enables cloud and distributed computing, data infrastructure, computing hardware, networking, and AI model deployment. Through lectures, case studies, and projects, students will examine key challenges in building scalable, reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable AI infrastructure.
